Return Policy

Due to the nature of the medication, MEDICATION CANNOT BE RETURNED, and any monthly fees you have already paid cannot be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION BEFORE YOUR NEXT BILLING CYCLE. NO EXCEPTIONS. To cancel your Anuli Aesthetics & Weightloss Program membership, please email anuli@anulimedspa.com or anulicosmetics@gmail.com for written confirmation. Please note that phone calls or texts will not be accepted for documentation purposes.

Fraud Policy

Anuli Aesthetics does not tolerate any form of fraud, including credit card fraud. Any instances of fraud will be fully investigated and pursued under the law to its fullest extent. Any losses incurred by the company will be pursued in a civil lawsuit to recover all business, legal fees, research costs, human resources, and loss of income.

Chargeback Policy

All references to a “chargeback” refer to a reversal of a credit/debit card charge. There is no reason for a chargeback to ever be filed. If a credit is due, please contact ANULI AESTHETICS & WEIGHTLOSS at anuli@anulimedspa.com.

You agree to immediately contact ANULI AESTHETICS & WEIGHTLOSS if you suspect that your credit/debit card was used fraudulently in connection with the Services. You also agree to repay ANULI AESTHETICS & WEIGHTLOSS for all costs and expenses incurred as a result of any chargeback you file.

You agree that you will not chargeback any amounts charged to your credit/debit card by ANULI AESTHETICS & WEIGHTLOSS in connection with the Services and pursuant to this agreement. If you chargeback a credit/debit card charge for a payment initiated by you, you agree that ANULI AESTHETICS & WEIGHTLOSS may recover the amount of the chargeback, in addition to any chargeback fees levied by a payment service provider, by any means deemed necessary, including but not limited to recharging your credit/debit card, filing criminal charges, or having the amount recovered by a collection agency.
